As we are an advanced foundation business and building firm we can combine the 2 to give you foundations for any ground conditions with our proprietary TimberSlab product.
Our TimberSlab is high spec by default using the latest engineered I Joists, wood fibre insulation and Egger weatherproof floor deck.
We can get you up to a level to receive walls and roof within 7 days of starting.

How does it work?
Send in your extension dimensions below and we will respond with a fixed price quote. The standard quote will match or exceed building standards and we also have options if your would like to build to Passiv standard.
As long as your extension is timber framed and we can get a screw in the ground the price you received will be good.

How can you offer a fixed price without even seeing a site?
We are a data driven business and have a series of standard models for our TimberSlab system. This allows us to offer a fixed price based on many other similar installations.
Quoting is expensive business and using a fixed price means on some jobs we lose money. This is more than compensated by savings hours per day on the volume of quotes we receive.
