How much do ground screws cost?
We also build timber eco-houses and extensions.
Learn more about how much it costs and how we operate with our brother company BearHaus.
One simple flat price.
You only have to watch an episode of Grand Designs or George Clarke to know that budgets are frequently blown before a building is even out of the ground.
With our TimberSlab you won’t eat into your contingency fund. The price we quote will be the price you pay if you start in the next 12 months.
Our innovative TimberSlab can be used for projects great and small:
-
New build homes
Our TimberSlab provide an efficient, sustainable foundation for new build homes. They allow quick installation, reducing construction timelines, and require no curing time - ready for use immediately. Environmentally-friendly, ground screws minimize soil disruption and CO2 emissions.
-
Extensions
Extensions are often more challenging than starting from scratch. By using our TimberSlab system we can mitigate issues that have been ignored in the past. Whether that is nearby trees or sewers causing concern from building control or a lack of access for heavy machinery to dig a traditional foundation our TimberSlab can be installed in almost any environment.
-
Annexes & Garden Studios
The vast majority of garden annexes or studios are timber construction making them the perfect match for our TimberSlab base. Working with your factory made kit provider or bespoke builder we can get you out the ground with minimal waste and with a fully insulated and engineered TimberSlab.
We are proud of our TimberSlab but we also provide screws only
If you are a building firm, garden room company or have had a layout designed by an engineer we are happy to install and test a screws only install. Just submit a quote and some plans and we’ll get back to you within a few hours.
